Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original DEZI box or a similar protective mailer, ensuring all original labels and protective films are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
